A Bloggable moment...
Tasha and I snuck off to Plascencia this weekend, full account will come of all the adventures of two wayward hermanninns on the Hummingbird highway....
But as I was walking to the Bookstore this morning, I remembered something and it tickled me so hard I had to share - give all the AM giggle.
While on one of the buses Friday evening -Belmopan to Dangrigia - Tasha and I were sitting quietly crammed into a school bus bench together the guy in the seat across started to acting very unwell, asked for water, and then explained really bad acid reflux. Being true hermanninns we had some Tums. As Tasha was standing, riffling thought the backpack we were sharing, a kid several seats ahead jumped up, pulled down the window and spit.
...Funny thing was it flew back in the bus and GIANT luggie landed across Tasha’s shirt.
For those of you who known Tasha, know her luck, and um know her reactions this one was a mild, “KATIE GET IT OFF!” After I tried to hand the kid a hand sani and to clean it, Tahsa took responsibility and scrubbed the spitty… (just trying to prepare her for my departure:))
EEEK! If you think a Monday is bad and Friday is better…
Love and prayer to all!
Oh and after munching a few Tums our medial endeavor was a success too!
