Tres genios
This weekend was definitely a weekend of shinning starts! Some shone on stage while others twinkled before our eyes….
It was "Opera Weekend" and beside the absence of Tasha it was a best ever!!!!
My mom and I extended the weekend into a mini-vacation leaving Friday morning.
Our first goal was lunch at Berryhill and we should have realized it was going to be a grand weekend when we hit our first mark! To start, moments before devouring one another or finding some place else, we discovered a Berryhill in Sugarland (outside of Houston - Corpus Christi side) and it was cinco de mayo… so the fish tacos were only $1.50 and the margs were $2 – we were refreshed and shocked!
One good thing lead to another when we checked into the Downtown Hilton without traffic. The hotel was extraordinary. The beds were so fluffy and the downtown view was grand!
